Our StoryThe B2X Story
Jason Sisneros has always been a lifelong entrepreneur. Years ago, Jason owned and operated three businesses that were on the ropes.
He did the usual things entreprneurs do when they’re looking to grow their company — read books, attend seminars, hire consultants. But none of the shortcuts and snake oil worked.
All three businesses failed at the same time, forcing Jason into bankruptcy. Jason got back onto his feet and became a top-performer for the world’s most renowned business and personal growth speaker.
For six years Jason travelled the world in close proximity of the brightest minds in business and asked what they would have done in his situation. Jason filled up three notebooks full of hand-copied notes on the systems, solutions, and strategies that would have prevented his businesses from melting down and could have propelled him to exit.
After his years of study, Jason purchased a failing home cleaning business and used his newfound knowledge, the B2X System, to turn around that business and eventually sell it for millions.
By a stroke of chance, a friend saw Jason turn around the cleaning business and asked if Jason could do the same for them. For the next 20 years after that, Jason and his team would consult with hundreds of companies on turning around, systemizing, and exiting.
Now, Jason has put together all of the best insights, systems, and hard-earned lessons from decades of experience, dozens of exits, and the school of hard knocks into one business operating system: The B2X System.
